My usual complaint with the service is that clean up has not been done. Sometimes I'll come home no being aware that a service has occurred and wonder if there had been a wind storm while I was gone. This time the clean up was more than I expected. Malakai did a fabulous job (more than was needed!!). Please thank him for me.

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning is the perfect reoccurring service for busy home owners who don't have time to pay attention to their roof. Ricky shows up every 6 months and without drama efficiently cleans my roof and gutters. He's professional, takes precautions not to damage anything and is happy to do a great job. Overall, I can't say enough about the service. Having the gutters and roof cleaned is peace of mind and worth the cost.

They did a very thorough job were punctual. Took pictures to show you what your roof looked like so you could make an informed decision. I’m very happy with their service. I will definitely use them again!

We had our solar panels cleaned after many years delayed, plus we had our outside windows and doors cleaned and the garage roof cleaned off with a treatment for moss prevention. Brooks was a hard worker and pleasant to be around. He did a great job!

The windows look great, as do the window screens. They also treated the roof. Some bleach that was applied on the gutters is left on the deck. Luige kept checking in, answering any questions. Travis was his assistant. They worked efficiently and effectively.

I have been working with AA for about 20 years now. I have my windows cleaned, inside and out, and my gutters cleaned. Most recently Darrell was out to clean my gutters. I told him about some concerns I had with drips near my bedroom window. He listened intently, asked some clarifying questions, and then got to work. Once he was done, he told me how he handled my concern areas and even provided some photos of the spots which were impeccably clean now! Overall Darrell was friendly, efficient, and effective, and I will stay an AA customer because of that! Thanks Darrell!

Had a lot of debris in the gutters and on the Roof from recent storms. It's all been removed. Jon did a terrific job.

I’m on the continuing program for roof and gutter maintenance. It’s reassuring to know that I can count on AA to do an excellent job and give me important feedback. My roof is in very good shape for its age thanks to AA. They never fail to clean up afterward leaving the surrounding area in as good or better shape.
