Roof always covered with moss and tree debris? Let us maintain and keep your roof clean. We don't pressure wash roofs because it reduces the useful life of the roof (sometimes immediately). The best way to maintain any roof is to keep debris off using a leaf blower and apply zinc sulfate for moss control. Where moss is already built up, we agitate it with a flexible garden rake and blow it before we treat it with zinc sulphate. The moss that is remaining on the roof will change color and die over the next month. We don't guarantee that all the moss will be gone, but wind and rain generally do an adequate job of weathering away any remaining dead moss. Zinc sulfate is a chemical approved by the EPA for this use and we use it sparingly.

We also offer an organic alternative to zinc sulfate. Please note that this requires two treatments several months apart to kill the moss. In addition, it needs to be maintained 1-2 times per year, depending on the propensity of the roof to grow moss.
